Description
Develops, tests, and delivers software applications using industry best practices; interacts with stakeholders; supports and maintains software after deployment; and implements attractive and compelling website designs, landing pages, evaluates user experience, and builds new website wireframes.
Requirements
Education
Graduation from an accredited college or university with a Master's degree in Educational Administration, Public Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.Experience
Four (4) years of experience in system design and computer programming on a mainframe or a PC LAN environment.Note: Applicants who do not possess the required education may substitute additional experience as indicated on a year-for-year basis with thirty (30) semester hour credit being equal to one (1) year of college. Applicants wishing to substitute additional experience for the required Master's degree, must possess a total of six (6) years of combined education and experience, in addition to the required experience cited above.
Preferred Education/Experience
Five (5) years of experience in programming and developing web applications in Java (Spring Boot / Spring Framework), RESTful Web Services, JavaScript/TypeScript with SPA frameworks (React required), HTML5/CSS3, Relational Databases and SQL (Oracle preferred), JPA (preferably Hibernate), Git version control, CI/CD pipelines, and Cloud Services (AWS or Azure).Employee Benefits
